Please read these product terms and conditions carefully, as they set out how Impeccable Beyond Limits Project Ltd. makes the products available to you ("Trading Terms").

1. Prices 
   The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out in the website. All prices are inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated.
2. Availability 
   If we are unable to supply a particular item, we will notify you as soon as possible. You may either select an alternative or request a full refund for the cost of the goods.  If the item is part of a larger order you may choose to cancel the whole order before any of the items are dispatched.
   
3. Delivery 
   Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form.
   Please note that the delivery prices quoted are for delivery of products within mainland UK. All deliveries are by a courier selected by us. 
4. Cancellation & Returns 
   You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 calendar days from the day of delivery, by advising our Customer Services department by phone on 07983387292 or e-mail us at info@impeccablehealth.co.uk. In the event that the goods have already been dispatched at the date of receipt of your cancellation of the order, you must return the goods to us and we will credit your credit or debit card with the price of the goods within 30 days beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation was given. See the Returns Policy for further details of charges, etc.
   
5. Trading Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided on this basis. If any of these Trading Terms are determined to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Trading Terms which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, provided any contract made under these Trading Terms is capable of continuing in existence.
